How long does a consultation take?

If you already have a detailed plan for your home makeover, it may only take us a day or two to go over the details with you.

What is the usual time frame for renovation?

Four-room renovation works will take around 6-8 weeks, depending on the quotation’s requirements. We can give you a detailed breakdown when you come for a consultation.

Are there any hidden costs to the quotation?

Rest assured that there are no hidden fees or charges when you approve a quotation. However, additional charges may apply if you make changes outside the finalised quotation.

Does Niche Koncept focus on a particular design specialisation?

We have plenty of experience in different themes and concepts, and we tailor our designs to the needs of our customers to customise their home interior design.

Can I make further changes to the quotation even after signing it?

As long as we have not physically started on any part of the project, you can change your mind at any time.

How do you take client ideas from paper and form a workable concept?

We create a 3D-rendered model to let you visualise how your concept turns out. This is available to you once the quotation is signed.
